Account Deletion & Data Erasure Policy

1. Overview

Alt DRX Private Limited (“Alt DRX”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides Users the ability to request deletion of their Alt DRX account and associated personal data.

We are committed to honoring verified deletion requests in accordance with applicable laws, our Terms of Use, and this Policy.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Alt DRX account through any of the following methods:

• In-App: Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Email: Support@Altdrx.com
• Grievance Officer: Compliance@Altdrx.com

For security purposes, we may require identity verification before processing the request.

3. What Happens After You Request Deletion

Once a valid deletion request is received and verified:

• Your account will be restricted and scheduled for closure.
• All platform access will be disabled with immediate effect.
• Transactions and promotional communications will be stopped.
• Our Compliance Team will review the account for any pending obligations (if applicable under law or contracts).
• After completion of required checks and settlements, your data will be permanently deleted as described below.

4. Data That Will Be Deleted

Subject to Section 6 (Legal Retention), we will permanently delete or irreversibly anonymize the following data associated with your account:

• Personal profile information
• Platform usage logs
• Referral and contact data previously provided by you
• Telemetry and analytics data linked to your account
• Communication preferences and marketing records
• Any stored authentication credentials

Deletion is performed from active systems and production databases.

5. Effect of Account Deletion

After deletion is completed:

• You will no longer be able to access the Alt DRX platform using the deleted account.
• All transaction capabilities will remain permanently disabled.
• You will stop receiving promotional communications from us.
• Certain historical records may remain only where required by law (see Section 6).
• If you wish to use Alt DRX again in the future, you will need to create a new account, subject to eligibility and compliance checks.

6. Data We May Retain (Legal & Regulatory Requirements)

As a regulated financial platform, Alt DRX may be required to retain limited records for a prescribed period under applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002
• applicable tax and financial regulations
• lawful requests from regulatory or governmental authorities

Where retention is required:

• Data is securely isolated and access-restricted
• Used only for legal compliance purposes
• Not used for marketing or product features
• Deleted once the legal retention period expires

7. Processing Timeline

Account deletion is typically completed within 1 to 3 weeks from the date of successful verification of your request.

The timeline may vary depending on:

• pending transactions or settlements
• regulatory or compliance checks
• technical verification requirements

We will notify you once the deletion process is completed.

8. User Responsibilities Before Deletion

Before requesting deletion, please ensure:

• Your wallet balance is withdrawn (if applicable)
• No pending investment or transaction obligations remain
• You have downloaded any records you wish to retain

The Company is not responsible for loss of access to data after deletion is completed.

9. Revocation of Communications

Upon initiation of account deletion:

• Promotional emails, SMS, and WhatsApp communications are disabled
• Only essential service communications may be sent until deletion completes
• After deletion, all non-legally-required communications cease

10. Security and Verification

To protect users, we may:

• verify identity before deletion
• delay deletion in case of suspected fraud or misuse
• retain minimal audit logs where legally required

These safeguards help prevent unauthorized account removal.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Account Deletion & Data Erasure Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the revised “Last Updated” date.
